Returns Policy

Items purchased from Galerie JS may be returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. During this period, you may try the product on and examine it as you would if you were purchasing something in a physical shop.

The product must be in the same condition as you received it and must not be damaged in any way.

If you decide to return the goods, you must let us know by completing the sample returns form below. Alternatively, you can let us know that you wish to return your order by emailing us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

Please note that you must return the items to us within 14 days of your returns notification.

Processing your returns

On receipt of your returns package, we will inspect the returned items and begin processing your refund.

Money will be refunded to the original method of payment (used at the time of purchase), unless you prefer otherwise. The refund will be made within 7 days. You will have to cover the return costs yourself. The costs will be estimated at a maximum of 60€.

Non-returnable items

The following types of items cannot be returned:Services that have been started with the buyer's consent.Products that have been custom made to specifications provided by the buyer.such as: Made to order paintings
